Tim Goss

Tim Goss has spent almost 20 years working in the financial services sector covering internal and external dispute resolution, financial hardship and collections/recoveries.

Tim joined the FOS Australia in 2009 and was the Senior Manager of the financial difficulty team at FOS for six years. During this time, Tim and his team successfully redesigned FOS’s process for dealing with financial difficulty disputes resulting in a model that delivers the best possible outcome, in the shortest possible time.

Tim is now the Senior Manager of FOS’s Early Advice teams, which are responsible for the registration and referral of all disputes received at FOS, the assessment of jurisdiction and the delivery of FOS’s Fast Track function.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Accounting, has been an Accredited Mediator and was the inaugural facilitator of the ANZOA Customer Hardship Interest Group.
